AfricanShop is a multi-vendor online marketplace connecting customers with independent vendors selling approved products through our platform.

  1. GENERAL REFUND POLICY

    Customers may request a refund if:
    • The item received is significantly different from the product description
    • The item is damaged upon delivery
    • The order was not delivered
    • The wrong item was received
    • The vendor fails to fulfil the order
  2. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

    Refunds will not be granted for:
    • Digital downloads after access has been granted
    • Used or damaged products caused by the customer
    • Perishable items
    • Customized or personalised products
    • Products prohibited from return due to hygiene reasons
  3. REFUND PROCESS

    Customers must contact AfricanShop support within 7 days of delivery by emailing: support@africanshop.cargonaija.com
    Customers may be required to provide:
    • Order number
    • Proof of purchase
    • Photos/videos of the issue
  4. MARKETPLACE VENDORS

    Products sold on AfricanShop are supplied by independent vendors. AfricanShop may mediate disputes between customers and vendors to ensure fair resolution.
  5. CHARGEBACKS & FRAUD

    Fraudulent disputes, false claims, abuse of the refund system, or chargeback abuse may result in account suspension and reporting to payment providers.
  6. PROHIBITED PRODUCTS

    AfricanShop strictly prohibits the sale of illegal, counterfeit, restricted, or prohibited products. Listings violating our policies may be removed immediately.
