Thank you for shopping with Kulture Haven. We are committed to offering quality new and gently used finds at affordable prices.

Our products may include fashion, accessories, beauty items, home décor, gifts, lifestyle products and everyday essentials. Each item will be described as clearly as possible, including whether it is new, gently used or pre-loved.

Before placing an order, customers are welcome to contact us with any questions about the product, size, condition, colour, delivery or any other details. We are always happy to respond and help you make the right choice.

Once an order is placed, payment will be taken at checkout. Orders will be packed with care and dispatched within our stated processing time.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is returned unused, undamaged and in the same condition received. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect.

Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, some items such as opened beauty products, personal care products, earrings, underwear and sealed hygiene items cannot be returned once opened or used, unless faulty.
